Aye, every wee lad and
lassy were kilted to perfection for our Scottish themed day of our Around Britain week. And of course the Staff were not afraid to make a fool of them selves. Seen above from the left, Tom, Christina, Pauline and Head Chef Steve. And below looking very happy to see the camera, director Sue Rollings
On the menu were traditional
Scottish dishes such as Haggis,
Neeps and Tatties. And a Modern twist with an
Arbroath Smokey
Risotto. Being
Shrove Tuesday
as well, guests were treat to scotch pancakes with all the toppings.
After the once again wonderful food, it was seats in the lounge for the Diva Vocals of Donna Reid all the well from
Motherwell One !
