Its England Today. Guests checked in to the Traditional Sounds of our English Heritage, and were given the passport allowing access to the weeks events. The Dining room had been decked out with all the English trimmings and was looking fit for St George himself!

Steamed Cod Presented with a Lancashire Cheese Sauce
Dragons Potatoes (Sliced Potatoes Cooked with Sauteed Onions and Stock)
Steamed English Garden Vegetables
