For Starters we have Juicy Market Fresh Honeydew Melon, Served with Serrano Ham, Fresh Fig, Sun Blushed Tomato, Cracked Black Pepper and Pecerino Cheese.

For Main Course

Rack of Fell Bred Lakeland Lamb

Served Pink on a Bed of Minted Pea Mash Potato, with a Medley of Steamed Vegetables and Surrounded by a Pool of Port Wine, Honey & Rosemary Jus

Our Dessert This Month Consists of a Trio of Surprises

A Miniature Banoffi Pie made in a Sweet Pastry Case, With Banana's, Toffee Sauce and a Camp's Coffee Cream. A Fresh Raspberry Pavlova Served with Chantilly Cream and Sweetened Port Coulis. And a Shot Glass of Mandarin and Passion Fruit Jelly
