Eat In With The Lindum

And it tastes just as good as it looks, you could call it food porn ! Here is the start of our foody blog posts. Please feel free to have a go at home as well. If you need any hints e-mail us and we would be happy to advise.

So to start Chef / Owner Paul Rowley has devised this tempting starter of a Poached and Smoked Salmon Terrine placed on a bed of Crayfish Tails. This is topped with a selection of dressed lettuce leaves and served with Crunchy Melba Toast and Balsamic Syrup

To follow, Our Chef D'Partie Andrew Taylor has cooked up a piping hot Mediterranean Vegetable and Roasted Tomato Soup, Served with a Stuffed Tomato and Pesto Cream

For Main Course our Head Chef Steve Spafford has devised a Breast of Chicken, Stuffed with a Chanterelle Mushroom Pate Wrapped in Parma Ham and Served on a Pool of Chardonnay and Wild Mushroom Sauce

Our Sweet Chef Marita has prepared Vanilla Stuffed Profiteroles served with Home Made Vanilla Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate Sauce and Tropical Fruit Coulis

And of Course to finish nothing better than Singleton Dairy Cheeses and Wafer Biscuits. With lashings of Rich Roast Coffee

And To Drink? Well why not. Recommended by our Bar Manager Mr Roy Kinsey a Cool Crisp South American Sauvignon Blanc - Zesty with a Tropical Fruit Bouquet, Clean and Fruity on the Palate. All of our Wines are hand picked and recommended by EWGA. Owner Adrian, has a fantastic knowledge of all wines from Traditional to New World.
