Stuart & Evelyn's Anniversary Celebrations

A Great night had by all on Saturday at Stuart & Evelyn's 30th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations at The Lindum.
Stuart Wardrop, was not so long ago a regular resident at the hotel who used to stay whilst he was working in the area. And after many a happy stay he could not think of a better place to celebrate his special day.
On the menu, chosen specially for their evening was...

Tasty Lancashire Soup
Enriched with Lancashire Tasty Cheese
or
Home Made Chicken Liver Pate
Served with Home made Chutney, Cherry Tomato and Rocket Salad and Foccaccia

*****
Fylde Reared Sirloin of Beef
Served with Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Roast Gravy
or
Fillet of Salmon
Served on a Oven Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous with a Duo of Glazes and Sun Blushed Tomato Butter

*****
Banoffi Pie
With Hot Butterscotch Sauce
or
Lemon and Passion Fruit Pavlova
on a Pool of Fresh Fruit Soup

This was followed by entertainment from "A Touch of Class" Brian and Jackie Hurst have entertained at the hotel for fifteen years now, and after seeing their impressive shows so many times, there was no question about who was going to perform on the evening. "A Touch of Class" perform every Wednesday from the middle of March through till December at the hotel.

The bar was still open till the early hours, and although I was not there for the evening, when I popped in from and Outside Catering event at Lytham Hall at 1am everyone was still up celebrating.
Congratulations Stuart and Evelyn on 3o happy years.
